COLUMBUS, Ohio— Columbus West Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 1700 Heinzerling Drive is pleased to announce that we have partnered with Select Medical Rehabilitation Services, Inc. to provide therapy services to our residents. Select Medical Rehabilitation Services is a sister company to the Select Specialty Hospitals. Columbus West Park has provided quality skilled and long term care services to the Westside since 1984. Both organizations are committed to working together through high standards of care to provide excellent services to our residents.

Comprehensive rehabilitation at Columbus West Park offers licensed physical, occupational and speech therapies, an on-site rehabilitation gym, indoor/outdoor treatment areas, 6 days a week service options, physician directed care and outcomes reporting measures. We provide short term skilled rehabilitative stays where we focus on the transition to home, as well as therapy services to long term patients to improve and/or maintain their highest level of functioning.

Columbus West Park is a family-owned and operated health care campus for senior citizens. The 100-bed health care facility at 1700 Heinzerling Drive (tel. 274-4222) offers skilled and rehabilitative care, a secure Alzheimer’s and dementia unit, and long term care. Home health care and adult day care services are also available in a true home setting, located on the campus just around the corner from the nursing and rehabilitation center, at 2731 Clime Road.
