Columbus West Park Offers Free Transportation for Residents Requiring Dialysis

COLUMBUS, Ohio— Columbus West Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 1700 Heinzerling Drive, now offers free transportation for residents requiring dialysis at off-site locations. The transportation is available for Columbus West Park residents, at no cost to the patient, from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. six days per week. This is one of the first programs of its kind in Franklin County.

The program enables individuals who require nursing home placement to continue with dialysis on an outpatient basis with their current dialysis provider. For more information about this program, please contact Eileen Perdew, admissions coordinator, at 274-4222.
